Why AWS
Why this is the cloud to learn first
Cloud is where infrastructure work went, and AWS is the largest of the three providers. Learning it first is the shortest route to being useful on any of them.
01 · The largest provider
AWS holds about 28% of the cloud infrastructure market against Microsoft's 21% and Google's 14% (Synergy Research, Q1 2026). That is why its service names turn up in job adverts more often than anyone else's.
02 · It transfers
Compute, object storage, virtual networks, IAM and managed databases work the same way in principle everywhere. Learn them here and Azure or Google Cloud becomes a matter of new names, not new ideas.
03 · You practise on the real thing
Labs run against an actual AWS account, inside the free tier where it reaches and with the billing console open where it does not, because knowing what a service costs is part of using it.
04 · A certification worth sitting
AWS certifications are recognised without needing to be explained on a CV, and the associate level is reachable from this course. You can sit it at our centre.

Projects
What you build
Every module ends with something that runs on a real account. The course ends with an architecture you can explain to an interviewer, line by line.
- Design a VPC with public and private subnets across two Availability Zones
- Put an Application Load Balancer in front of an Auto Scaling group of EC2 instances
- Run the database on RDS in a private subnet, with automated backups
- Serve static assets from S3 behind CloudFront
- Deploy it all from code, watch it in CloudWatch, and review it against the Well-Architected pillars
Labs, not slides
You launch, configure and break real resources: EC2 servers, VPC networks, S3 storage, IAM policies, databases, load balancers and Auto Scaling.
Troubleshooting exercises
Something is always wrong on purpose. Finding it with CloudWatch and the console is the skill interviews actually test.
Cost and security as habits
Budgets and alerts go on before anything else, and least-privilege IAM is the default, not an afterthought.

FAQ
Questions students ask before joining
Do I need an IT background to start?
No. Module 1 begins at what a Region is and how an account is set up. What helps more than a degree is comfort with a command line and basic networking ideas such as an IP address, a port and DNS, and the course covers those as it goes. If you have never worked with servers or networks, the Cloud Computing programme starts one step earlier, with Linux and networking.
Which AWS certification does this course prepare me for?
The syllabus is built around AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C03), the certification employers most often ask for by name. Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02) is the easier entry point, and the course covers it along the way. Developer – Associate and CloudOps Engineer – Associate are the natural next steps. The exam fee is not included in the course fee.
Can I take the AWS exam at Unisoft?
Yes. Unisoft is a Pearson VUE Select authorised test centre, and AWS exams are delivered through Pearson VUE. Book the exam in your AWS Certification account, choose a Pearson VUE test centre and pick Unisoft Technologies, Nagpur. Paras Udapurkar sat SAA-C03 here on 2 September 2026 and passed with 747. About our test centre
Is Unisoft an AWS Training Partner?
No, and you should be careful with any institute in Nagpur that says it is. What we offer is preparation for the AWS exams, taught by a trainer who holds the Solutions Architect – Associate certification himself, plus a test centre where you can sit them. His badges are public on Credly.
Will I practise on a real AWS account?
Yes. The labs run against a real account rather than screenshots. AWS changed the free tier for accounts opened from 15 July 2025 to a credit-based plan, so the course covers what that means for your own practice and how to avoid a surprise bill.
Should I learn AWS, Azure or Google Cloud?
AWS is the largest of the three, so it appears most often in job adverts and has the deepest pool of documentation to learn from. The concepts transfer: compute, object storage, virtual networks, identity and managed databases exist on all three under different names, so learning one properly makes the second much faster. We also teach Microsoft Azure.
What will I have built by the end?
A working multi-tier application on AWS: a load balancer in front of an Auto Scaling group, a database in a private subnet, and static assets on S3 behind CloudFront, deployed from code rather than clicked together, then reviewed against the Well-Architected pillars.
How long is the course, and what does it cost?
That depends on the batch and on whether you study in the classroom, live online or one-on-one. Send an enquiry or call +91 95030 05060 for the current duration, fee and next batch date.
Who teaches the course?
Nikhil Sakharwade, Unisoft's cloud and DevOps faculty. He holds AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, along with Microsoft's Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Fundamentals, Red Hat RHCSA, Cisco CCNA, MCSA and CompTIA A+. His full profile
Do you help with jobs afterwards?
We help with resume building and interview preparation, and we offer placement assistance. We do not promise a job, and it is worth being wary of any institute that does.
Still have a question? Ask a counsellor about the course, the batches or the fee.
