She became an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP – DBA, Oracle 9i), mastering SQL, PL/SQL, Forms & Reports, and went on to earn the prestigious Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE – Linux) certification.
This wasn’t just achievement.

Student Performance & Education Strategy
Coaching teaches the child. Pratigya Thakur helps parents see whether the teaching is working, and what to change next.
As Education Strategy & Student Performance Advisor, she works with parents of students in Class 8 to 12: tracking tests subject by subject, finding out why marks fall, working with the trainers on what to change, and planning the next step, from board exams, JEE and NEET to choosing a course. She works with at most 10 families at a time, and the first 30-minute discussion is online and free.

I founded Unisoft Technologies inspired by a training program for Oracle Corporation Bangalore's OCP certification in 2000. Although I had the option to take a job with Oracle, I chose to pursue my own vision and became an education entrepreneur.
Over the past 25 years, I have led Unisoft Technologies to become a premier provider of IT services, training, testing, and certification. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has enabled us to build a strong reputation in the industry. As the Founder & CEO, my vision is to create a dynamic and inclusive environment where innovation thrives.
The Pride School
As a founder of the Pride School, I have been actively involved in its development. I spearheaded the institution's strategic direction, ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency by establishing a world-class infrastructure. I was responsible for overseeing faculty management, curriculum development, and student career and profile discussions.
NS Mentors
NS Mentors Private Limited carries the Unisoft vision past the training room and out of the country. It is an ETS Authorised Exam Centre in Nagpur for the TOEFL iBT, GRE General and GRE Subject tests, and it walks students through the whole overseas route that follows — course and university shortlisting, applications, SOPs and letters of recommendation, scholarships and the visa process.
Around that sit a software and AI practice building ERP, CRM and student-management systems for institutions and SMEs; industrial internships worked on live client projects rather than simulated ones; placement preparation; and corporate training for teams across central India.

As exam owners moved their certifications from Prometric to Pearson VUE, Unisoft became a Pearson VUE Select test centre, able to deliver exams including GMAT.
