To be a Unisoft Corporate partner, an existing business need to have following attributes:

A.		An existing business with a turnover of Rs.10.00 Lac + per year in last two years
B.		Or Individual with minimum net worth of Rs.10.00 Lac with professional qualification and minimum three years of industry experience
C.		A business where minimum 25 people can work to fulfill various responsibilities
D.		Must be located in the best location of City
E.		Minimum 1200 sq ft office
F.		Well equipped office
G.		Fulfillment of the quarterly and yearly business targets of the region
H.		Ensuring that all the activities (departments) are managed smoothly.
I.		Ability to open and manage centers in it’s territory

Becoming a Unisoft Corporate Partner, an existing business will be entitled to :

A.		Will signup with new Center in it’s territory and will get part of the signup
B.		Collect royalty from the centers
C.		Launch new training programs in it’s territory
D.		Will get some Preferential Equity holding with the assured buyback on attractive discount
E.		Will be given first priority in taking partnership in the ongoing projects
F.		Will get investment support for the new projects in it’s territory .
G.		Will become Co-owner of the brand after five years and will get royalty on this
H.		Will be able to generate business worth Rs. 5.00 Cr in first five year of the operations.

Signup Fee : Rs. 8.50 lacs Renewal : Rs. 1.50 lacs

Unisoft corporate Holding will invest 200% of the signup + renewal fee in a viable education project where UCP will be major shareholder. The said project must be based in the pre decided territory as the broad MOU of UCP . The investment time is limited to end of first five years of the operation of UCP. It can take minimum three years.
